Property Maintenance

We have known and given Paul various jobs at our own house as well as let properties throughout the past 10 years. He’s always been very polite and courteous with us as well as our tenants to an extent you wouldn’t normally expect from a builder. He’s very thorough and good with his work and he always organised his visits/follow ups directly with our nanny or tenants, something quite important for us as full time workers. He also “project managed” quite a few works for us, bringing in electricians, plumbers, roofers, etc as needed. We would like to take this opportunity to thank him for his support all these years during which he almost became a family member.

Paul and his problem solving abilities, standard of workmanship and attention to detail are second to none. Paul personally has refurbished our rental flats to a very high standard and always demonstrated a commitment to the project and a friendly approach that breeds confidence in his workmanship. The latest work was carried out in August 2021 and we are very pleased with the result. We highly recommend Paul and his team without any reservation.

For decades I have owned and managed property in London so have a depth of experience in dealing with all aspects of maintenance and repair. Without question, I have found Paul Griffiths the most responsive, reliable and reasonably priced of all the various maintenance companies I have used in this area. No job is too big or small for the team and if they do not have the ability to undertake a particular task, they have found a third party to do it. Highly recommended and will always use them.
